🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

• Return and exchange are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products available in our store.

• All items listed on our store are eligible for return or exchange under the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

• A product may be returned or exchanged only if it remains in its original condition at the time of purchase and is still sealed in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us through the Contact Us page or by phone to request a return or exchange.

• Customers must photograph the product and send it along with their city, address, and order number to request an exchange in case the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the received product is completely different from the description on our website.

• We are not responsible for any personal expectations of product use that are not explicitly mentioned in the product description on our site.

• A 30% deduction (or a minimum of 25 MAD) applies if the customer wishes to return a product without any defect or issue.
